Lincoln Younes, one of Australia’s leading young actors, was born in Sydney and grew up in Bendigo, Victoria.
At age 16, Lincoln was cast in the Melbourne-set drama Tangle, for which he received the 2013 ASTRA award for Most Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor. Soon after, Lincoln secured a regular role as River Boy Casey Braxton on Home And Away. A move to Hollywood followed, and Younes scored a part in the short-lived US drama Grand Hotel, which was produced by Eva Longoria. In the middle of the Covid pandemic, he relocated to Sydney, where he landed a key role as Buddy Fraser in the ABC drama ‘Barons’ and popular Channel 9 series ‘After The Verdict’ alongside Magda Szubanski and Sullivan Stapleton. In his most dark and complex role yet, Lincoln currently stars as nightclub kingpin John Ibrahim in Paramount + series ‘Last King Of The Cross’. He is next set to appear in the upcoming satirical comedy C*A*U*G*H*T that will air on Stan Australia, with Sean Penn, written and directed by Kick Gurry who is also a lead role.
Lincoln’s film credits include The Wedding Party opposite Josh Lawson and Isabel Lucas, the critically acclaimed Abe Forsythe feature Down Under, the Australian black comedy set during the aftermath of the 2005 Cronulla riots and Little Monsters.
He notes his mother, a journalist who raised him on her own, with encouraging his interest in film, writing and fashion. A natural in front of the camera, Lincoln has been an ambassador for iconic brands such as BOSS & NIKE. He has also appeared in publications such as Side Note, Man Of Many, Stellar Magazine and covered the April 2021 issue of The Age, ‘Green Guide’.
Down to earth, empathetic and the complete gentleman, Lincoln regularly uses his social platform of close to 250K followers to raise awareness for mental health, as well as many other humanitarian causes such as homelessness, domestic violence & childhood protection.
Lincoln launched his own charity challenge in 2021, The 10 Challenge, where he raised more than $10,000 for Beyond Blue & Lifeline, two Australian charities close to his heart.
Lincoln is a huge advocate for health, wellness & maintaining a well balanced lifestyle. He loves cooking, running, ocean swimming, cinema, photography, music & travel.
