Charlotte first became known to Australian television audiences in her long running role as Annie Campbell in the Channel 7 series Home & Away from 2007 through to 2010. The role earned her a TV Week Logie Award nomination as Most Popular New Talent in 2008. Charlotte’s television career continued when she was cast in the Network Ten award winning drama series Puberty Blues, based on the 1979 novel of the same name by Gabrielle Carey and Kathy Lette. This role garnered Charlotte a Best Supporting Actor nomination at the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Awards (AACTA) in 2015. Other television credits include the ABC series Soul Mates and the web series Skinny. Most recently Charlotte was seen in Netflix’s first original drama series Tidelands, where she played the lead role of Cal McTeer opposite Elsa Pataky and Marco Pigossi.
Charlotte’s first film role in was in the 2015 critically acclaimed independent feature Is This The Real World. This was followed with the gutsy coming-of age film Teenage Kicks (2016), and the U.S. independent film An American In Texas, based on a true story set in 1990 against the backdrop of the first gulf war. Charlotte recently starred as the co-lead Zophia in the feature film Skinford and it’s sequel Skinford: Chapter Two on Stan.
In 2020 Charlotte played the lead role of Aria Wolf in the Australian feature film Ascendant. Which acquired International distribution.
Charlotte most recently starred as Mish McCauley opposite Sam Worthington in ABC’s Television Series FIRES based on the tragic 2019/20 bush fires in Australia.
